Formerly a keen hockey player, Felicity 'Fliss' Wilson-Haffenden took up cycling during the COVID-19 pandemic and after showing an aptitude for the sport attended Talent ID testing with the Tasmanian Institute of Sport. Since then, she has won three national championships and three Oceania championships and holds two national records.

In 2023, Fliss won the junior time trial at the 2023 UCI Road World Championships in Glasgow, later the same year she went on to win both the U19 road race and time trial at the Australian junior road championships.

2024 saw her finish 2nd in the time trial at the Australian U23 road championships and in 2025 she was part of the RA Australian Cycling Team which won the UCI World Championship in the Team Time Trial Mixed Relay.

In January 2026, Fliss won her first senior national title, winning the women's individual time trial national championship.

Fliss is now based in Girona, Spain and rides for the US cycling team Lidl-Trek.
