At the Tasmanian Institute of Sport (TIS), athlete wellbeing is central to high performance.
We are committed to supporting you not only in your sporting development, but across all aspects of your life - recognising that performance is shaped by what happens both within and outside the training environment.
Wellbeing is not a one-size-fits-all model. It is an ongoing, individual journey, and our approach is designed to be flexible and responsive to your needs as an athlete.
This resource hub provides practical tools and information to support your physical health, mental resilience, and overall wellbeing as you progress through your pathway.
We also recognise that individual needs will evolve over time.
If there are specific areas where you require additional support, guidance, or resources, we encourage you to reach out. TIS is committed to working alongside you to ensure the right support is in place at the right time.
